4 Countries Tour Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Austria July 31 - August 7, 2008 Land Only Price: $1,699; Single Supplement $399 We reserved a limited number of airline tickets for each tour. Cost of ticket JFK - Vienna - JFK is $1,099 including taxes/fees. Two nights in Hungary, Miskolcz July 31 - Fly to Vienna and travel to beautiful Baroque Gyor on the Danube. Sightseeing in the old town and taste Hungarian specialties. August 1 - On the way to charming Miskolcz, experience the unique cave spa pools in Tapolca, visit medieval Diosgyori Var Castle; night lights stroll, enjoy the unique waterfall in the heart of the old town. Two nights in Eastern Slovakia August 2 - Explore amazing Aggtelek Cave UNESCO world treasure. Cross the border to Slovakia and visit the magnificent Krasna Horka Castle; beautiful mountains on the way to Kosice. Dine in Slovak Restaurant. August 3 - Off to Michalovce Castle and Museum, enjoy Humenne's Palace and great ice cream. Walk Presov's medieval square to see the Rusyn cathedral, folk art shops, religious stores full of icons and treasures. Dinner in Kosice's old town, viewing the Singing Fountain, St. Elizabeth's Cathedral and the National Opera. Two nights in Krakow - Poland August 4 - On the way to quaint Zakopane enjoy the Tatra Mountains, buy amber, smoked cheese, folk crafts from street vendors. Don't forget potato pancakes! On to historic Krakow, we will board a mini-train to see all the sights; end up in traditional inn, Chlopskie Jadlo, tasting Polish delights. August 5 - Option to tour Wieliczka's Royal Salt Mines or Auschwitz Camp. Back to old town square, shop for treasures in Cloth Hall, hear Krakow's famed trumpeter; dinner surprise, enjoy evening view of the square from one of the many cafes. Two nights in Austria August 6 - Enjoy traditional hospitality in a village home. Take a lift from Strbske Pleso in Slovakia's High Tatra Mountains. Dinner in Martin in the heart of Slovak culture. August 7 - We'll take you to one of our favorites places in Austria cruising the beautiful Wachau River Valley, visit Melk with its famed monastery and picturesque Durnstein with its castle and apricot specialties.
