We can swim here under the waterfalls, time to sample the local beer and cevapcici. On to magical Pocitelj, the ruins of a fortified medieval town high above Nevetva. A treasure filled with medieval and Ottoman influenced architecture, it was established in 1383 by King Stjepan Tvrtko. DUBROVNIK? Then a journey to remote Montenegro famed for its mountains, palm trees and incredibly blue Adriatic Sea. Marvel at Kotor, an ancient Mediterranean port under the scenic cliffs of Lovcen and Orjen Mts. Kotor is famed for its old world arches, narrow streets, stone buildings and churches dating back centuries. It’s one of the best preserved medieval towns in the Adriatic, a UNESCO World Heritage site with three miles of ancient walls and walkways above the city to explore. Our historic hotel is right in the heart of the old town with the Church of the Angels next door. We'll enjoy a

cream! See old fishing villages on the Bay of Kotor and lovely Perast with its 16 Baroque palaces and
stunning Venetian architecture. We hire a boat for a scenic ride to the Island of St. George to tour the 12th century monastery / museum and learn the legend of Our Lady of the Rocks. We offer an optional climb to the famed city walls. Then a thrilling ride to charming Cetinje, one time the capital of Montenegro, and an incredible 5,400 ft. over-look, to view the magical panorama of Boka Kotorska, ascend and descend 27 fantastic switchbacks to the Adriatic Sea. Fri, June 29, June 30, Mon., 2 nights in Kruje, Albania Enjoy glimpses of Adriatic beaches as we head for Svati Stefan, the scenic island banked by huge mountains, photo opps everywhere. On to remote Albania, The Land of the Eagle. Dramatic scenery on the way. We'll dine Albanian style at a folkloric restaurant. Charming Kruje awaits. Tour the 5th century citadel/castle and stroll the old market/bazaar set in the stone walls. Fantastic view of the castle, minaret and mountains from our hotel balconies. Learn about Albanian folk dress and folk culture in the famed ethnographic museum, the large 18th century home of a pasha.
